Happy Birthday Terrible Person!

Michael's 40 years old today. Whew! Look how mature he's suddenly become.

We celebrated by first attending a seminar on "Greening Your Law Firm" followed by a long walk across San Francisco from the Embarcadero to Ocean Beach and back to the Pacific Cafe.

I saw all kinds of plastic stuff to write about, but right now my back hurts and, since it's still technically the boy's birthday, I need to go and finish celebrating with him. More tomorrow.

Good night!

(Singing) Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday Terrible Person, Happy Birthday to you!

That's kind of funny to sing with the name "Terrible Person" in it!

Wow, so you guys popped for one of those new microphones! I read a review at CNET about how easily they go on the nose, nothing to wear around your head and the frequency response is fantastic. What really blew me away was that the thing is powered by the airflow from breathing. Incredible...and leave it to you guys to be the first on the block with one. Great birthday present.

Happy Birthday! I am jealous of his mad spoon-balancing skills...never have been able to do that.

Happy Birthday! I hope that Beth's blogging doesn't take too much of her time away from you, Michael. But we sure appreciate everything that goes into her posts.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, all!

Yes, "terrible person" can be a mouthful. On the local BBS where I used to use that name, where, interestingly enough, I first encountered Beth, people shortened it to "terry", which now creates both confusion and identification with Beth.
